The dealership washed my car during a service when I told them not to multiple times. My car was recently paint corrected and ceramic coated so I did not want them to ruin the job. When I came to pick up the car I immediately noticed it was washed and now the paint is covered in scratches and swirl marks from putting it through their wash. Carl denied that they even washed the car when there is water inside the gas cap, streaky windows with microfiber towel residue, vacuumed interior, clean black rims with tire shine that got onto the fender. Carl offered no help and continued to deny any responsibility. He said the water dripping from the inside of the gas cap is from possible “condensation.” Bad customer service. More

The sales team is attentive and their level of service doesn’t end when you buy a car. Brandon and Jeff are amazing. Unbelievable Incompetence! ! Brand new 2022 X6 M50i with 1500 miles leaves me stranded in front of AutoZone on a Sat afternoon!! Car starts, then shuts off immediately.... ! Tuesday Rusnak calls me: "We could not find a problem... but someone ran into your car while it was here! We sent it to our bodyshop..." Genius!! Just genius. Not only can they not find a fault that leaves you stranded, they damaged the car! Beyond inept. More
I wish I could give zero stars. Worst customer service ever. They do not even pretend to want to help you. Everything is an effort or your fault. Never experienced anything like it. Just purchased a BMW M550i certified. I called the dealership once i found the car on internet. First they told me it was being certified and not available. Hour later they called and told me it will dealership once i found the car on internet. First they told me it was being certified and not available. Hour later they called and told me it will be available next morning. Got there sharp 9:30am after 3 hour drive. At 10am as they opened we saw the car and it was dirty. Hamid assured me the car was inspected and certified. He stated they will detail the car before i go home, after spending few hour with getting paper work done, finally the moment came for me to take my car. It was not cleaned and in same condition. Due to 3 hour drive home, i decided to take the car as is. A week later the front tire blew on the freeway, luckily no one hurt. Tow the car at BMW Encinitas, they inspected the car and told me this car should have never been on the road, once on the lift we could other tires with steel threads showing. Had to replace all tires. I called Rusnak BMW and left several messages for the GM. mr Christ, over five day period, he never bothered returning my call. This guys run a very bad dealership, beware they are the worst car sales people I have met, and i have met many in last 30 years. More
I don’t know if it’s as much of the dealership as it is about the people who work there, daphne was absolutely great to work with she answered all my questions and even though I had to go back for a separa about the people who work there, daphne was absolutely great to work with she answered all my questions and even though I had to go back for a separate issue she was very on top of everything and kept me informed the whole way.
