"The BEST Service!"

The radiator on my Dodge Challenger overheated and was split. I had to have my car towed to the dealership. I chose Russell Westbrook Dodge for repair because they had such high ratings on Yelp, Google, and other sites. Now I see why! I called and spoke with Robert Cauley, Service Advisor. He was very polite,reassuring and courteous from the start. He got my car in right away! He kept me apprised of the problems with my car throughout the entire process and even diagnosed a problem with my tail lights and blinker which 2 other Dodge dealerships were not able to do! The mechanics were very careful, knowledgeable and efficient and the car came back to me as I left it with no scratches. I was also very pleased to see the car was washed and pristine inside and out. The service at Russell Westbrook was exceptional! They replaced my radiator, did an oil change, fixed the tail lights/blinker and took care of an outstanding airbag recall all in less than 2 days...OMG!! The service department is fast, efficient, professional, and friendly. I cannot say enough good things about this 5-star service department and Robert Cauley. I felt appreciated, valued and their mechanics are very skilled and careful... this is why I definitely will return to Russell Westbrook in Van Nuys. Thank you for your excellent customer service!!

"Worst service and horrible customer service"

This is the absolute worst Dodge dealer in California. And the managers such as Roy and Dustin explain why it is. No follow up and just lie after lie. No wonder they are in this liars business and just love screwing customers over.

"Unbelievable!!"

The professionalism displayed by my client rep "Fabian" was unlike any I had experienced before. He was attentive, listened to my concerns/needs, and communicated to me in a timely manner any unexpected additions to the work already scheduled. They UBERED me home...then UBERED me back to the dealer to pick up a loaner car when it was determined my vehicle needed to stay an extra day to complete the work. No impact or inconvenience to me in any way!!

I love my service advisor Terry Córdoba & my fabulous technician Zoran & his crew of specialists. I like the new energy & efficiency at the dealership since Westbrook took over. I’ve bought 5 new vehicles there at Van Nuys over past 15 years. Still have my 2006 Jeep Commander & enjoy my Convertible 200. The associated body shop next door & Alex Sanchez are awesome too.

"Service Department Experience "

I scheduled an appointment for service on my Jeep. I had checked online and saw the offer of Lyft for a ride back home so I didn't arrange for anyone to pick me up . I arrived and was greeted by a young lady who I checked in with . She stated someone would help me . I waited in line a gentleman assisted me advised I wanted the routine service . He handed me two documents he printed out . Never told me the fees for the service I guess I had to figure out by looking at the printouts. Never offered a ride with Lyft as its advertised online. I guess you have to ask for it since its not offered . Arrived to pick up my Car around 5:30pm. Same gentleman assisted me . I paid for my service he handed me my car keys and said my car was to the right of the building . I thought okay it should be right outside . I went outside and began looking for my Jeep. I pushed the panic button and could hear it far away . A gentleman walked out from the mechanic side and assisted me he asked if they just handed me my keys and I said yes while he shook his head . He is the reason why Im giving a star . He walked to get my Jeep and apologized . Ive gotten my vehicles serviced on all my leased vehicles never have I experienced the lack of customer service the uninviting customer service received at this dealership . I wont be coming back for future service and will definitely not recommend to anyone .
