Boilerplate response. The fact that I finally rolled over and exposed my soft underbelly and made the purchase only exacerbated my feelings of being abused by what I sincerely believed to be lower life forms In both the sales and financial departments. Since that humiliating experience I try to not let a day go by without passing my ill feelings to a potential car buyer thus possibly saving a soul from my indignity. Repent and sin no more. 🐝🐝

Shawn, I have tried calling your direct number several times with no answer. I have called the dealership daily for several weeks to speak to you and Armin in finance and left multiple messages and emails yet neither or you have called me back. My windshield was damaged in mid June and i have been trying to get this taken care of for weeks now. I am going to contact Hyundai corporate since I am going nowhere with this dealership. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced, especially considering I have purchased 2 cars from you in the last 5 years. Dan Reeder
