You can truly see his character and understand how deeply he cares for his customers. As a 20 year old woman, buying a new car can be frustrating and scary. Greg made sure I was aware of every step that was being taken and made sure I understood what every detail meant. Most dealerships see a young woman and know the advances they can take because we simply don't understand what all it takes to buy a car. That was not the case with Rusty Wallace or Greg Taylor. Highly disappointed in the service I received when I took my car in for the ECP (ENTIRE CAR PROTECTION) application. Which I paid EXTRA for. I brought in my brand new 2022 Kia Telluride and left with multipl my car in for the ECP (ENTIRE CAR PROTECTION) application. Which I paid EXTRA for. I brought in my brand new 2022 Kia Telluride and left with multiple scratches on my car. They were unable to fix the scratches so we are now having to outsource to someone else to fix the mistakes that were made by the Kia technician. Will not recommend this service to anyone. More
