Family member taken advantage of for not knowing enough about cars to question an expert. Came in with a coupon for $35 oil change and tire rotation. Had to pay more for synthetic they said they would disc about cars to question an expert. Came in with a coupon for $35 oil change and tire rotation. He was talked into buying new engine and cabin filters for a car with only 12k miles...before the guy even inspecting them, so that he "wouldn't have to do it later." Unheard of and completely unnecessary for a practically new vehicle. Almost $300 when all he needed was an oil change and tire rotation. Manager didn't even consider his employees actions were wrong when asked why that would be done for a new vehicle. I'm sure they do not care but they have lost our business for purchasing in future and for all service. More
