First Oil Change Due to the virus I had to cancel and reschedule my appointment for my first oil change since I made my purchase of a 2020 KIA Soul. I had been reminded via e-mail and regular mail and sent coupons so I would not forget to arrange for the service needed. The coupon was a great deal($34.95 included tire rotation) as my sales associate promised it would be. They took my car right away. They offered a loaner, but since they said it would only be an hour I chose to wait and walk around looking at the cars on the lot since it was so nice out. I received a call that it was done in exactly an hour and they checked me out in less than 3 minutes and I was on my way. They even answered questions I had about future service. I could tell the car had been wiped clean and disinfected on the inside and felt good about that since I had been worried about virus precautions. All went expediently well! More
