My overall experience with Rusty Wallace Kia is always exceptional. Most recently our Sorrento decided that the driver door was open at random times even though it was very much closed. I am talking rand exceptional. Most recently our Sorrento decided that the driver door was open at random times even though it was very much closed. I am talking randomly in the middle of the night with doors locked, cue loud alarm and barking Huskies and disturbed neighbors at ungodly hours. Driving down the road at 70 mph, cue loud beeping and flashing door in middle of instrument panel and now will not lock.or unlock when switched in and out of park. When you get out and try to lock it, cue door open on instrument panel and no securing the vehicle because it will NOT lock with the door open. Intermittently FRUSTRATING to no end for us and the dealer during an unprecedented time of COVID-19 craziness when everyone's patience is already worn thin. It took a few tries and some head scratching, and even going to pick it up on 2 separate occasions only to realize it was not fixed.-cue dead cell in battery,- cue just not fixed,-but finally the problem seems to be resolved. Not sure who is happier at this point. I mean, yes I was NOT a happy Kia owner on my 1 year anniversary of such, but I was given something comparable to drive which helped a little. The service manager Kevin Williams, Sales Manager Court and Service Advisor Jenna are bar none top notch customer service providers. They stay abreast of their customer's needs and stay on top of being informative from beginning to end of every experience. However, there are service advisory staff members who are very pleasant. but are not as conscientious of keeping customers aware of what is going on and do not feel it is necessary to call a customer with a status update for days on end which does reflect poorly on even the most outstanding job that everyone else does. More

The service manager (Kevin?) and the lead tech (Ryan Hicks?) did an excellent job fixing our Kia of it's issue. However, the people at Rusty Wallace Kia Callahan , where I first took the car , couldn't Hicks?) did an excellent job fixing our Kia of it's issue. However, the people at Rusty Wallace Kia Callahan , where I first took the car , couldn't figure out what was wrong and fixed something else after having the car for 4 days. They advised me to just not fill up the car with gas (car was having gas issues). I was extremely frustrated with KIA until I took the car to Rusty Wallace Kia Alcoa highway where the service was fast and friendly. I really like those guys right now. It doesn't seem fair to pay full price for the screw up of Rusty Wallace Kia Callahan when they didn't fix the car after 4 days and the Rusty Wallace Kia Alcoa fixed it without any after thought. More

The service is great. Disappointed in sales for the way they worked a deal back around November or so. The offer was on the low side and think I should pay full price for your car.
