New Kia Purchase Review I just purchased a new 2015 Kia Sorento from Rusty Wallace Kia. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly upon arrival and throughout our entire e I just purchased a new 2015 Kia Sorento from Rusty Wallace Kia. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly upon arrival and throughout our entire experience with the dealership. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and was happy to answer all of my questions. The Sales Manager and Salesman made us aware of all rebates available to us and made sure we were able to use those rebates upon purchasing our new vehicle. Upon completion of the sale, the Finance Manager was very friendly and very thorough while explaining all of the paperwork that we were signing and made the process very easy and hassle free. Overall we were very happy with our entire experience with Rusty Wallace Kia and most of all I am thrilled with my new car. It exceeds my expectations and I expect to enjoy my new car for years to come. More

We have bought cars before and the dealers have been pushy and not very helpful so my wife was a little uncomfortable to say the least.Tony met us as soon as we pulled up on the lot.I explained what we were looking for and that I was buying a car for my wife.Tony was extremely polite and friendly and went out of his way to answer any questions we had and spent a lot of time trying to get us in the perfect car for my wife. Tony took us for a test drive in our optima and my wife had forgotten her drivers license.He drove us all the way home(on the other side of town) to get my wife's license so she could test drive the car.We had pre approved financing with a 5% apr and I was skeptical that they could beat that but not only did they beat it they got us approved with a 2.5!! there was absolutely no hassle and the whole process was smooth.We went in and signed the papers with Scott and he was very polite and spent a lot of time answering any questions we had.While we were signing the papers BJ got our car washed and put a full tank of gas in it! Before we left the lot Bj took the time to show my wife all the features and answered all her questions.The whole experience was amazing! The people at Rusty Wallace are genuine and polite and we will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone we know!!! More
