I recently purchased a 2012 Ford Edge from Ryan Ford in Sealy, TX. I filled out an online form and was contacted by several dealerships. Jeff with Ryan contacted me to determine the specifications on the car I wanted to purchase. Although they did not have the specific car I wanted, they immediately set out to locate and secure the Edge of my choice. By the way, several other dealerships were unable to locate and Edge with these specifications. The purchase was painless, nothing changed from the time the price was agreed to and acceptance of the vehicle. Everything was accurately and honestly represented to me. All the employees were extremely helpful and courteous. The salesman spent a significant amount of time showing me the various features of the car and assisted me with the setup before I left the dealership. If every customer at Ryan Ford is handled the way I was, you would be hard pressed to find a better place to make your car purchase. I had just finished purchasing a new vehicle (another make)for my wife less than a month ago at another dealership and although we were treated respectfully and honestly the overall experience between the two dealerships was like night and day. I am pleased with my Edge and I am confident if I do encounter problems along the way, this team at Ryan will make it right. More
