"Ford recall"

My wife received a recall notice for her F150, I called and Mason took great care of us. I dropped off my truck the day before and told them I needed it back early due to that day being my anniversary and I didn't want to hang around long. They not only got the truck back early but everyone was wishing me a happy anniversary. This is the second truck I have purchased from Ryan, I love the dealership even if it is a drive from Katy. " Great Service Department "

The service at this dealership is superb. Mason Koch and Brad Zook are two of the best in the business. I use to refuse to go to the dealership for service especially when it was out of warranty. Now this is the only place allowed to service my truck (except tires).

Clayton Easley was very helpful and personable. He told me what would happen as we went along. Went above and beyond to help me in my stressful situation. also kudos to the excellent mechanic, (sorry forgot his name) He worked hard to get my part back in and get me on the road.

My wife communicated with Ryan Ford in Sealy about factory recalls on our Ford Transit diesel van. When I got there Mason Koch facilitated the recall issue and scheduled our regular maintenance just a little early to save us another trip to the dealership. -Mason has always presented a very professional manner and handled his duties well; an attribute to the dealership.

"2015 F-250 Warranty Service"

I recently had my scheduled service for my 2015 F-250 Lariat 4x4 Diesel. Upon completion, Mr. Koch brought to my attention a small oil leak and asked if I had recognized this prior to my service. I had not noticed and when I got home, I then noticed a few small drops of oil where I typically park. I immediately called Mason and told him he was accurate with the assessment and he immediately scheduled my return visit to get the leak checked out. He was able to schedule me within a week into an apparent busy service department. The leak was immediately found, repaired and my truck was ready by the end of the same day. The service was covered under Warranty and my experience with Mason was very pleasant. I have purchased 2 new Fords from Ryan Ford over the past 3 years, and part of my dedication to Ryan Ford is accredited to Mason Koch's handling of the service work I have received from he and his Dept. over the past years. It was a pleasure working with Mason Koch.

"recall for brakes"

I had a recall on my F150 with a brake cylinder issue. They took care of the problem in less than half a day. Mason Koch was very helpful in getting this set up. they took me home and picked me up will their courtesy car. The service was great. I recommend this dealership to everyone I know..

"Service visit to Ryan Ford set up by Mason Koch"

Mason always has things under control. I called in from a business trip to Corpus Christi for an issue with my navigation system and since my regular service was almost due I ask Mason to set me up with an appointment to take care of both. He quickly scheduled a visit for me a couple of days later when I was back in town and took care of my regular service and the nav system issue. I can always count on Mason to get the job done right and I wouldn't go anywhere but Ryan.
