The pricing and trade value actually caught me off guard. I was very apprehensive about doing all this work over the computer and phone and then going to the dealer and finding out that the deal had changed. I was very pleased that everything was exactly as quoted. It was actually very odd to not have the constant haggling to get what I wanted. The deal went very smooth and we were driving our new Odyssey two days later (we were unable to make it in the next day). Alex was very knowledgeable about the Odyssey and was able to show us the incredible safety and technology features the Touring Elite possesses. Alex provided the information online and was able to put the deal together efficiently and had us on our way.
