I bought my Ram 1500 at another Northern Virginia dealership closer to DC; I had nothing but bad things to say about them, from the quality of service I bought my Ram 1500 at another Northern Virginia dealership closer to DC; I had nothing but bad things to say about them, from the quality of service, to the high-pressure sales of up-charged services, etc. Not so with Safford of Winchester. From the beginning they have performed the services I asked for, I've never had a problem with scheduling, on-time delivery, or quality of work. They don't pressure into things you don't need, but at the same time are willing to point out things that should be done. I highly recommend them both for sales and service. More

Damage during inspection, no follow up We are new to the area and this dealership. We took our 2013 Jeep and 2018 Chrysler pacifica in for state inspections. When I picked up my van there w We are new to the area and this dealership. We took our 2013 Jeep and 2018 Chrysler pacifica in for state inspections. When I picked up my van there was a ding in the driver door 3M liner as well as a dent with rub marks in the dust around it on the front left panel. I was told both were preexisting and when I pressed further insisting they were not, I was told I have to find someone myself to repair the liner because it was from a different dealership where I purchased, and because a 3rd party manages it at this one. Great, damage my car and then inconvenience me to figure out where and how to repair it? I sent an email that was forwarded on to a manager, but have not yet been contacted by a manager. Very disappointed that this is the only dealerahip in our area as I would not like to return. More

I dealt with mike brown (awesome salesmen) and in within 2 hours i was out the door with what i wanted on trade in and gave me a really good deal on my dart. Finance dept mary burroughs was quick in and out explained it all After i got home with my new car i realized that the bluetooth wasnt working i texted mike at 8pm on a sun and he called me back within minutes. He got me an appointment with the service crew and mary costelo. The part was back ordered but they kept me in the loop and i got an appt to get it fixed. When i went it was fixed in less than an hour. Only issue I had is 2 months ago i bought my wife a 2018 Durango from a different dealership i wish i would have went to safford and got it from mike good guy honest believe it or not honest Car salesman i will be back and next car new or used mike will be the only one deal with. More

About time I have been on a recall waiting list for years. Recall was for airbags. I checked in for recall work as soon as I heard about it, and several times I have been on a recall waiting list for years. Recall was for airbags. I checked in for recall work as soon as I heard about it, and several times since. Each time being told they only had parts for one side not both, and would contact me when all the parts were in.....this never happened. I just happened to stop in and check the status in person last week. Lo and behold, all of the parts were in stock! When I scheduled the appt, I mentioned that the airbag light keeps coming on and going out, usually when turning. Service Advisor said it could be wiring along steering column or the clockspring. I asked if they could check on that since the technician was going to be working in that area. Common sense, right? They didn't. Evidently, it was too much to ask. After all, what sense does it make to ensure all aspects of the system you're doing safety recall work on are in proper working order? New airbags to replace the ones that didn't work, but they're still not going to work because there's still a fault in the system THAT THEY KNOW ABOUT! Way to look out for and listen to customers. On a more positive note, they'll smile the entire time they're not listening to you. More
