Excellent repairs, clean up/status updates could be better Tara was very helpful and even stayed late during my pick up after my car was repaired. The only item of issue was there were several dirt clumps Tara was very helpful and even stayed late during my pick up after my car was repaired. The only item of issue was there were several dirt clumps on my back seat floor board on top of some items I had on the floor and a rusty hinge type clasp on the back seat. The rest of the interior had been cleaned well. I also had to call twice in order to get updates on when the car would be ready. I travel frequently and it would have been nice to have them call me to keep me updated. The repairs were great! More
Poor but what was expected Mine was a tire problem on a new Jeep. Tire was out of round as per a company that deals in major tire repair and replacement. I had my front tires balanced there after a long trip to New England. They informed me to take the tire to the Dealer as it is out of round and that was causing the vibration in the front. The dealer rep put the tire on there machine and as expected they could not find any problem. So now i have a new Jeep with a bad tire so it becomes my problem. By the way, dealer solution was to put my spare on and remove the problem tire to the spare. The vibration did go away and i still have a defective tire. Dealer looks at it as a solved problem. More

PROFICIENT START TO FINISH ! I wish I had purchased my vehicle from Safford than the other dealership. Friendly and Professional Service I was greeted at Safford in a very friendly and professional manner. I had originally gone in only for an oil change and tire rotation and waited appr I was greeted at Safford in a very friendly and professional manner. I had originally gone in only for an oil change and tire rotation and waited approximately an hour and a half for that to be completed. However I was advised of additional work that needed to be completed and a driver gave me a ride home immediately and picked me up in a timely manner that afternoon to take me back to Safford. My only recommendation is that Safford should provide information about the cost of extra work they are recommending. This is particularly true for very expensive items such as the fluid change that cost me over $300 yesterday. It's definitely best to know up front what those costs will be. Also I would recommend that if additional work is going to be recommended, it should be explained at the time of making the appointment. This would have prevented the inconvenience of my having to be driven home and return later. Otherwise, I was very happy with the friendly staff and clean and comfortable waiting room, and I always know that I can count on the work by Safford mechanics to be excellent.. More

We rescheduled the work for a larger block of time. When I came back 2 days later she was totally prepared and helped Me get transportation to and from my home. I felt it was a truly great service experience. The repairs seem to have been done well, time will tell. But the Servoce will bring me back! More
