I have to put my car in for service twice a year for the past 2 years and twice this year. Each winter I have problems with it now blowing hot. I drive in a freezing car, including this morning in 30 degree temp. For an hour drive one way to work. Plus renting cars and paying a lot of money. I need help with getting this problem fixed and staying fixed Please!

I have always had friendly service from the receptionist, to sales Dept, to service dep, to management. Everyone is great. They have always treated me with respect, honesty, and it's like hanging out with friends when I'm there.
Shelby runs a top notch service dept and Jeff has always been my "go to" for new cars.
And as an added bonus, the new facility is outstanding.

Everyone was helpful and perlite. I was there to have a window gasket pulled out from behind the window, while in my data base there was a recall that I didn't know about. The dealership took care of that problem too, I'm very thankful for having a dealership that makes sure that the employees make an effort to satisfy the customers.
