Bought a brand new vehicle and found two spots on the roof that had no paint. Brought the vehicle into service on Saturday. The service took pictures and had an answer for me from Chrysler by Monday. Excellent service! Returns phone calls and text messages in a timely manner.

I have bought two vehicles from this company over the last 10 years and have had zero issues ( service or sales). I have had them serviced there on a routine basis. Only reason for the four stars is I wish they had a loner vehicle available to customers having work done. It would be a huge convenience.

Scheduling was smooth. Took vehicle promptly at the scheduled time and service was fairly quick. The only negative was when told that the air bag installation may result in a broken or cracked dash board which Salisbury would not be responsible for. Fortunately that did not happen.
