When I first came to this dealership, everyone seems very nice and pleasant. I came with my friend with the intention of test driving a 328i BMW 2007. I wasn't planing on purchasing the car that day because I'm a little skeptical about getting ripped off by dealerships and since I'm a female which makes them think.."I can get her." I told the sales person that I'll come back with my boyfriend to purchase the car but he insisted that I should buy the car that day because they can give me a "good deal." He told me he couldn't take off thousands but only hundreds. The asking price for the car was 21,900...my offer was 21k out the door. The sales guy told me that they can't work with that deal but he was willing to work with me. So I asked him what's his price and he couldn't say but he kept saying he's willing to work with me. I got feed up so I told him that if he doesn't take my offer then I can go somewhere else and i said it in a nice way. I also told the sales guy I was going to pay the car with half loan and half cash and he told me he didn't care how I paid for the car. He pulled out paper and pen to write out a loan deal so that I can finance through him which I didn't agree on b/c I will loose my purchasing power. The guy then has the nerve to say that I have to work around his budget because he can't work with mine but he can't even tell me his price for the car. Which gives me the red flag that he wants to rip me off. Then the sales guy gave up on me and handed me over to his Finance director, Tim who spoke down to me. This dealership says,"THE NO HASSLE Car Buying Experience" which is a lie. Never again will I ever come to this dealership. If they can't make a sale take it out on themselves not the buyers...poor sales ethic. That day, if I cared about what they've said to make me feel bad or guilty...I would have cussed them out but they were not worth it. To Tim, my boyfriend works at the dealership, that's how he came up with the 21k...you were being too greedy my friend. Thank you Bryan Wells for trying to make everything cool, it wasn't the color of the car, it was the people I had to deal with.
