In September, I found a note in my phone that said "Sanders Ford: Ask for JB." Not sure who wrote it or when, but I did just that. Ever since, every time I go to the Service Department at Sanders Ford "Sanders Ford: Ask for JB." Not sure who wrote it or when, but I did just that. He is knowledgeable, realistic, personable and always gives me detailed information about my vehicle so I can make an informed decision. My car always leaves in a better condition than when I left it, and I never feel like I broke my wallet. Overall a good experience. Greg at the Swansboro lot was very patient with me while I decided between several makes of SUVs. Almost lost me when he criticized one of the other makes I was considering - but very patient with me while I decided between several makes of SUVs.
