Best Transaction Ever I dealt with Mike and Shelbie by email because the dealership was a decent distance from my home. They took my questions and concerns seriously even though there was no face to face interaction. Other dealerships would assume that I was just a "tire kicker" and had nothing better to do with my time. Every step of this buying process was a breeze because of the attention to detail these two gave me. This has been the best car buying experience I have ever had and I thank them both for that.... More than a sales team I cant say enough about this sales team. They work as a team, you don't get a sales man when you choose Sanders Ford Swansboro, you get the WHOLE TEAM I cant say enough about this sales team. Everyone we came into contact with was amazing but a few stood out and we feel became more "friends" than salesmen. Mykola, Greg & Mike, these guys are AWESOME. I've tried to write a review but ended up explaining way to much and it was WAY to long so I am going to try to condense it down. We had our 21 month old grandson with us for most of the sale, if you didn't know better you would have thought he belonged to one of them. It took us 4 days to decide on which vehicle we (I) wanted, we never once felt pressured or rushed. I'm not going to keep writing because nobody wats to read all the details HAHA...BUT...I cant say enough about this team. These guys helped put me in the truck I wanted with a pymt I wanted ALL while making us feel like family. Don't go to Sanders Ford Swansboro expecting the same old long drawn out vehicle purchase, GO to sanders Ford Swansboro expecting to be treated as family. I can't say enough positive about these guys, They are AMAZING. More
