Owner of 2017 f350. Took truck for a couple recalls and 1 other issue. Truck had all kinds of warning lights flashing on display due to a communication issue between t Took truck for a couple recalls and 1 other issue. Truck had all kinds of warning lights flashing on display due to a communication issue between the computer and some modules. Took 4 days to take care of recalls On day 5 I get a call saying that I had battery failure and needed 2 new batteries. I knew my batteries were ok but let Santos replace. Checked in later that day at dealership to see how it was going, was told they were almost done90% At that point I paid balance due$575 after 2 days I get a call that it is repaired, 1 single broken wire that the only way it could have happened was to come from factory like that. My new balance was just shy of $1900 all but $20 was labor to find and splice 1 wire. My estimate was $350. With all the tools and information a dealership has, explain how it takes over $2400 to locate and repair 1 wire. More

Service has been stepped up Had to have my smog sensors checked they weren’t ready .I drove 246 miles but never reset .These guys worked 8 hrs + ..Went through the hole car drove Had to have my smog sensors checked they weren’t ready .I drove 246 miles but never reset .These guys worked 8 hrs + ..Went through the hole car drove it too to reset them .Did the price I was quoted was under charged did 1.5 hours labor .Would of cost way more at any other shop .Super job they really have changed their service. It’s very good now I guess they replaced some people had issues before .But great now good quality work . More
