Let you test drive alone even let me take my child in his car seat with me. Financing was quick and easy with Chris and even got me a better quote than my credit union. Where the dealership went above and beyond to me was when I got my car home that night I was telling my wife how to drive stick. The usual happened and she stalled the car. Then the check engine light came on. Now she is afraid of learning to drive manual because she thinks she broke the car, so much for a family car now I will be the only one driving it. So I took the car back to the dealer the next day and explained the situation, then asked if it'd be possible to move to an automatic Focus due to the events that happened. Really no questions asked and I was in a new Focus SE but automatic. Was really expecting a your loss deal with it, but we will look at the check engine light but no. above and beyond. I wish all customer service was this good. Joe did a great job moving me into the other car as Tom was off. No hassle, no problems, financing transferred right over. All quick and easy, can not say how happy I am with the service enough. Will definitely be the fist place I look when I need a new truck. More
