I was interested in a used car and called on specific models that I saw on their website. Unfortunately those were sold, but they called me back to tell me of other cars that fit my criteria. Saturn of Warwick is a Herb Chambers company. When I entered the pre-owned section of the Herb Chambers website (http://www.herbchambers.com/ou/warwick-saturn/console.do?page=p_inventory) a pop-up appea entered the pre-owned section of the Herb Chambers website (http://www.herbchambers.com/ou/warwick-saturn/console.do?page=p_inventory) a pop-up appeared offering a $300.00 coupon toward any pre-owned . I filled out the requested information including my email address and phone number and printed the coupon. I found a vehicle I was interested on the companies website and went to he dealership to look at it. Once there I learned that was located at the Herb Chambers dealership in Danvers MA. The sales associate I was working with had the vehicle delivered to Saturn of Warwick. A day later, while waiting for the vehicle to be delivered to Warwick I received an email from Ken Blowers Internet Client Care Specialist, Herb Chambers Saturn of Warwick and Pre-Owned Center, Toll free: 888-212-7202. There was a link embedded in the email that I clicked on. I was presented with another pop-up this one for a $400.00 coupon. I printed this new coupon and took it to the dealer the next day. After having made a decision to buy I presented the $400.00 coupon to the sales associate. The dealer refused to honor the coupon saying because they brought the car for another Herb Chambers dealership the "in stock" clause on the coupon meant it was not valid. The coupon did not specify Saturn of Warwick, it was simply labeled Herb Chambers. This was slimy dis-honest move. It's false advertising. More

Harold and Bill are two of the nicest, most unbelievable guys to work in the car sales business. I received excellant customer service from Dave and everyone I met at the dealership. It was the opposite of my previous pre-owned car buying experience. He cheerfully arranged for the car to be taken to my Saab service center so they could check it over and give me their opinion.
