He answered every question and did everything he could to get me the best deal. He made buying my 2014 Edge such an enjoyable experience. He is quite knowledgeable with Mustangs, and this made me feel confident that my car would be everything I wanted. He took care of all the paperwork details ahead of time, so I was able to take my car home right after it came in. He made sure I was familiar with the newer features in the car before I left, and even took the time to schedule my first maintenance appointment. I also have to say that Steve in finance did an incredible job getting a great payment plan set up! Everyone came by to congratulate me on my new car. They also made sure that I was completely satisfied not only with my car, but with the service I received. It has been several years since I bought a new vehicle, and Mike and the Sayville Ford team made this such a wonderful experience. I cannot thank them enough!! More
