Numerous issues with this dealership and the previous owners of this dealership. I’ve requested non-solicitation numerous times in the past and still get solicited. I had to go to the attorney general to owners of this dealership. I’ve requested non-solicitation numerous times in the past and still get solicited. I had to go to the attorney general to put it on record that they have ignored non-solicitation. If you requested non-solicitation make sure to do so for all written, emailed, text, and phone solicitation. If they violate file a case. This places deserves to be flagged and next flag will end in a large fine (as long as it is legit). Horrible business practices. More

My daughter bought a car back in April. Had it for less than a month and it left her stranded. They “reset” it (their words) and she got it back a month later. 2 weeks later it broke down a Had it for less than a month and it left her stranded. They “reset” it (their words) and she got it back a month later. 2 weeks later it broke down again. We returned the car and purchased a different car and spent an extra $12,000. Total was $34,000. Less than 6 weeks later that car broke down and needs a new motor. She bought the extended warranties on both cars. They are now trying to charge her over $1500 more to replace the engine AND she will be without a car for up yo 8 weeks. They are wanting to also charge her $38 a day for a loaner vehicle!! I would also like to add that I don’t think anyone that works there knows how to use the company phones. No one can seem to make out going calls to return over 20 voice mails. Do not buy a car from here More

uyer beware. Spent 50k on a 3yr old F-150. Their ad said 1-owner, clean history vehicle. I went in on a Saturday and purchased it. Corey the salesman was friendly Spent 50k on a 3yr old F-150. Got it home and my insurance company got the truck info and gave me a copy of car fax. It had 3 owners and an accident, far from 1 owner clean history. Left the salesman several messages and a few emails and no response back. I wanted to know what they were going to do to make it right. I would not have paid 50k for a 3 owner vehicle with accident history. It wasn’t until I emailed the owner of the dealership (his email is on their website) that I got a call back. I explained to the salesman what was going on and he said it was out of his area of control so to speak and need to speak to his boss who was out on vacation. He told me he’d be back in 3 days and would contact me right away. Fast forward 2 weeks and still nothing. Sent more emails to salesman and he said Greg should be calling me but I’ve yet to hear from him. I drove to this dealer from Green Bay because they had the truck I was looking for and I thought since they were a franchise ford dealer I was working with a reputable dealer but I was wrong. Be careful when dealing here and do your research because once you leave they are done wanting anything to do with you. Don’t get screwed like I did. More
