My car had been in service for over two weeks and they have no loaners. God knows how long it will be there. My last car was 3 months. They say I could be reimbursed for a rental 35 a day, cheapest rental have no loaners. God knows how long it will be there. My last car was 3 months. This is ridiculous I have to continue to inconvenience others for rides. This will be my last ford!! More

This is horrible service department. I asked for a loaner vehicle and I was told they don't have any. I called on in Tuesday 8/30/22 to make am appointment and the earliest appointment they have is 10 days away. Do service writers understand that it's still summer and I informed them that I use the car every day and I need AC. I leased the car at this dealership and now I understand that if the work is under warranty the service department doesn't want to do it. This was my first and last ford amd especially from this dealership. I would never reccomend anyone to this dealership More
