I have to take a few minutes to think the staff at Schaumburg Ford. From the moment I called, they worked really hard to make sure I got the car that I want at a fair price. It started with me calling alex, the general manager. I have a couple of higher level questions. Then, when it was time before the actual sales, he passed me along to Anas and Anthony (pictured). Anas and Anthony were really personable, they took time to get to know me while staying professional and keeping the process moving as smoothly. Buying a car does take a while, but they updated me every step of the way with the progress and gave me realistic time frames. I wouldn't hesitate to send my own mother there by herself and know that they would take good care of her. Zahir in the finance department paced the paperwork so that it went as quickly as it could without rushing but he stopped and explained anytime I hesitated or asked to get clarification on any numbers. I really appreciate their service and no that I'll be back the next time I need a car and I'll definitely recommend any of my personal friends or family to go see them. Thanks guys! Amazing experience of being labor gauged. $150 for a diagnostic test to determine a nail was in the tire?
