I went shopping on-line last week for a late model used car to replace an aging family car, and I knew pretty well what I was looking for. TJ and I exchanged a few emails and phone calls to narrow down my car to replace an aging family car, and I knew pretty well what I was looking for. Friendly and personable with a laid back style that told me this wasn't going to be a high pressure experience, TJ and I talked cars and families on that test drive. As my wife would be the primary driver of this car, she and I both came back for another test drive the next day, and TJ graciously made his schedule fit ours. We decided that day that this immaculate Camry was the one, and TJ gave us a really great price on it. He and his boss also gave us a very fair price on our trade-in, a minivan that had seen better days! I purchased an SUV from Schoepp at the beginning of October. After driving it for a couple of months, I realized it wasn't the right vehicle for me, mainly due to its low gas mileage. Since I had purchased the SUV so recently, my lender wasn't crazy about the trade and they made it very difficult for the guys at Schoepp. Bob, Dave, and Dale spent over two hours on the phone with the lender to make the deal happen. They also gave me a huge discount on the vehicle and ultimately lost money on the sale. I was floored by the fact that making the deal work was so important to them and they were willing to take a hit on the car in order to keep me as a customer.
