Sam Nejad and Seth Carmitchel-Ewing were super helpful during the ordering process and informed us thoroughly of the options (even contacting BMW NA regarding some options), provided answers for our questions, and then gave updates on the order/manufacturing status without delay. After the car arrived, Sam clearly informed us of the options for tint, clear bra, and accessories and had our requests all knocked out for a quick turn around after the car made it to Denver. Sam, Ben Brahler, and Corey Tram stayed at the dealership after the typical closing time to make sure we had everything set up in our new car the evening of delivery. Corey, a BMW Genius, went through a fitting amount of setup for the many functions of the vehicle, focusing on the the safety and access features that were new to us. The members of the sales team at Schomp BMW take pride in what they do. We have felt like valued customers and treated very well at every stage of our buying process. No pressure First I would say that I do not mind the dealing usually involved in buying a new car. In fact I kind of enjoy it. In this case I was trading a 2015 Z First I would say that I do not mind the dealing usually involved in buying a new car. In fact I kind of enjoy it. In this case I was trading a 2015 Z4 for a 2018 M4 and was looking for a reasonable value for my Z and a reasonable purchase price for the M. I wanted one specific car and Schomp knew that. Some dealers could have used that as an opportunity to ask a elevated price. They did not. Everything was accomplished with no pressure and a high level of responsiveness from our salesman Tim Green. Almost everything accomplished via email or text in a short period of time. I didn’t miss the usual back and forth involved in a car deal at all. Love the M! Very happy with the experience.
