Oil change I brought my car in for an oil change. I didn't make an appointment. Shaun was the man I initially had encountered. He was professional and pleasan I brought my car in for an oil change. Later, Jesse found me in the waiting area. Jesse made me aware that my battery was low. Suggested two options. Also, informed me of a price if I decided to purchase a battery. Jennifer?
