"First new car"

I took my old Civic into Schomp to get fixed. (I've always taken it there). Being a 15 year old car,it's not worth much anymore. The repair would have costed 2700 dollars and I just couldn't put that kind of money into the car. A very nice girl Melanie mentioned looking into something newer.. I've never bad a brand new car and was super nervous but she was so nice and so comforting that I agreed to Look. She asked what I could spend on a payment,and brought up some options on her computer and worked with my budget. She never pressured me,she was not pushy or adamant about anything. She was simply amazing. I ended up buying a brand new Hoda Fit! Super cute and she made it affordable for me. It was a great experience!

"Replacing my battery"

I have just moved to Highlands Ranch, CO, from Atlanta, GA and still have a HRV under warranty. My battery started to die, and I called Schomp. They were so helpful, responsive, professional and FRIENDLY. I will definitely use therm for my Honda service and would recommend them to anyone! Jack Aran was my service technician and he was SUPERB!! Thanks!!

"More than just great service"

As a recent transplant to Colorado, I really had no clue as to where to go & have my 08 Honda serviced. I ended up choosing a local repair shop with great reviews. I had front anxles repaired and thought nothing of it. Afterward they presented me with an estimate for addtl services & one of the items on the list I knew was a recall. So I called Honda and was directed to call Schomp Honda, as it was the dealership & svc center nearest to me in Littleton. I arrived for my appointment & was greeted by nothing but smiling & friendly faces, all of which we ready to help. My service advisor for the day was Dustin Atkins. He walked me thru the initial processes of getting my car checked in. Told me what they would be doing & gave me an estimated time of how long it would take. I was called to pickup my vehicle & was surprised at the comprehensive report & estimate that was e-mailed to me prior to ky arrival. I was surprised because it was so detailed & to be honest A LOT cheaper that the estimate I was given by my local repair shop. We discussed what would need to be done & I left. Fast fwd a few mos... I called Schomp to see if the estimate cost were still accurate because it was now time to have my brakes done. They stated that the estimate would be honored as I was within 6 mos if it being issued. It's worth saying that my local mechanic was trying to force me into unnecessary services when I called for a price comparison. That left an uneasy feeling with me & if Im being honest I really hate people trying to force me into unnecessary cost or charges. So I made my appt at Schomp, was again helped by Dustin & all went as scheduled..... Until they sent me a video report of the work that my local mechanic had done, the work was causing major leaks & possible transmission issues if not dealt with quickly. They advised that the remanufactured parts looked like they were recently placed and if so to contact said repair shop ASAP. So I did... Wasnt treated greatly when I breached the problem but they agreed to look at the issue & correct it. Per their words as good will.. Ummm it's been 3 mos... It shouldn't be a charity courtesy, but rather standard practice with a huge apology..i discussed this with Dustin & he offered to have Honda check the repair of their work at no charge. I have always had my car serviced and repaired at a Honda dealership. I tried once to see if there was something different available. No... There isn't. I have found my car a place to be taken care of. Thank you Schomp & Dustin.
