Schomp sent a person up from Highland Ranch to Loveland as we were coming from Cheyenne. Low pressure, no haggling, knowledgeable salesperson ("T"). Suggestion: reduce wait times and provide explanations for waits. Improve explanation of monthly payments that include "protections". Unfortunately I didn't got a good experience at this dealer with Jeremy (Online manager) from the beginning it felt he didn't care then we start working my husband was already pre-approved and I know I dealer with Jeremy (Online manager) from the beginning it felt he didn't care then we start working my husband was already pre-approved and I know I have some negative on my car, everything went ok but at the end he want it to charge for everything wrong on my car( wasn’t much has a chip on the windshield that I disclosed but there was another guy with him and told him we don’t need to charge for a little bump that it has but he still want to charge $500 for new tires (back) and to be honest 1. wasn’t the money I can pay for that but it was his arrogant attitude that make me feel he was taking advantage of me not caring and 2. for $500 he let a deal go. I used to sell houses for 17 years and 23 of customer service (9 as a manager) and I always make my clients feel appreciated and I won’t just make a deal go for $500 just because I want to show something or not sure what happened or maybe he doesn't have experience, who knows but to be a great sales person and great as customer service we have to treat people with care and respect. imagine if he is the manager what can you expect from the rest. More
