Impressive Customer Service I was considering trading in my 2011 Forester for a newer model Outback. We had a budget in mind that we really needed to stick to. David Cardwell (The British Guy) is Awesome! I was originally looking at a new or used Outback and had been exchanging emails with David for over a couple of weeks. His replies were always timely and very detailed. When my wife and I finally made an appointment, we were also considering the XV Crosstrek. David was great in allowing us the time and space to test drive several used Outbacks, as well as, the 2016 Outback and 2015 XV Crosstrek. The 2016 model XV Crosstrek will not be delivered until December. When we finally decided on our preferred model and color, we selected a 2015 Ice Silver XV Crosstrek with EyeSight and the Premium Audio(6). The whole process took longer than we expected, but throughout, David was extremely helpful and encouraged us every step of the way in helping us to decide. I would recommend him to anyone wanting a very experienced Subaru sales person (20+ yrs) with the personality of a trusted friend. He instantly put us at ease and actually listened to all of questions and concerns. We very much appreciated his direct answers and his immediate steps to get answers to handling our trade-in and arranging for it's payoff with our lender the following week. In addition, he had to put in some real legwork walking their lot to locate the car we wanted twice because we changed our mind on the exterior/interior color combination. The one we settled on had just arrived the night before. Now that's Salesmanship, Service and great timing! Lastly, Julie in Finance was great. She explained all the various service options and was very gracious and patient while my wife and I discussed which we would take and pass on. She also provided some humor in helping us understand all the forms needed to complete the sale. Our thanks to David and Julie for a very gratifying experience. Lastly, we love our XV Crosstrek!
