It was the end of a very frustrating week of internet car shopping for our college age son. Knowing that WIGDER Chevrolet has been a landmark dealership for many, many years we decided to walk in and see wh shopping for our college age son. We had tons of questions which needed to be answered by a real person. It was 2 hours from closing time. We did not expect for anyone to greet us with much enthusiasm. Immediately we were greeted by DANTE MORRISON who wasted no time in figuring out what we needed and could afford. All our questions were answered. By closing time we had purchased the perfect car in our price range. The entire process could not have been easier or more stressfree. We were happy to meet with Mr. Widger (Jr) who was exceptionally nice and informative about our options. Again there was absolutely no pressure to spend more than we could afford. first off, i made the trip to their dealership from brooklyn,ny after reading positive reviews from google...when i inquired about their 2008 chevy tahoe LTZ, ed goldstein called me back the next morni brooklyn,ny after reading positive reviews from google...when i inquired about their 2008 chevy tahoe LTZ, ed goldstein called me back the next morning to schedule an appt and test drive....when i arrived at the dealership, ed introduced me to harold who immediately warmed up to me and asked me to take the tahoe for a spin...i fell in love with the truck....he was very open,honest and gave me a wealth of info about the truck including detailed service records and truck features....he gave me a quote for my vehicle and drew up the invoice for the vehicle...i was unfort running short on time and had to leave for work so i left a $500 deposit and assured i will return with a decision.. when i arrived at the dealership 2 days later, i decided not to purchase the truck unfort. because i didnt want to sell my vehicle after much deliberation, harold understood my needs and promptly returned my deposit with no problems...most dealerships would keep the deposit as an insurance for loss of sales but not widger chevrolet...this has been the most pleasurable experience for me as a customer and when i decide to purchase a tahoe in the future, harold cardona and the staff of widger chevy will always be my first choice. thats why they are rated number one in dealer rater. For people who do or do not live in the nj area, i highly recommend you make the trip to widger chevy if interested in purchasing a chevy...you will not be disappointed!!!! More

My wife and I purchased a 2010 Camaro SS from Matt. Matt was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. Our follow up service visit @ 6,000 miles went well. From time I walked in I knew it was good because I sawMatt Osborne who had sold me a car previously at another dealership. They make it seem like they go out of their way for me. Being a single woman I do not feel like I am abeing taken advantage of or anything. I am always treated with respect and service explains everything to me. If Matthew is working while I am there he always makes a point to come and say hi to me. I feel like family there and hope to lease another in the near future. I will stay with Chevrolet so I can stay with Wigder. More
