He was straight forward and wanted to make sure that we were happy with which ever decision we were about to make. Long story short we decided to purchase a new 2018 VW Tiguan. They did not have the exact model/color combination that we wanted on site, but Scott and manager Kent found the exact model we wanted at the Schumacher VW in NPB. They sent an employee to go get our car while we were doing the financing and by the time we were done, our SUV was detailed out and ready to drive away. More

After missing a very important doctors appointment my best friend and I decided to look at vehicles in hopes to get a better idea on things, but I was really hoping it would result in leaving with my new car...after going through a very disappointing start with a very RUDE salesman, he would not let me look at anything to even see if It would work for me, without running my credit and seeing my finances he said I was wasting his time (DO NOT SEE SCOTT KIMELMAN !!!!) We ended up walking next-door to Schumacher Volvo, where Peter took the time to show me a few things, and listening to me speak realized my heart was set on a little Volkswagen… So he brought me back over to Volkswagen Had me speak to the manager and I was introduced to Brian Horowitz,WHAT AN Amazing Difference!!!! Brisn went out of his way, above and beyond what he needed to do. First off he listen to my situation, secondly he took the time to show me and compare the difference of some vehicles, thirdly he was up to the challenge no matter how difficult it was going to be andto get me in a vehicle that very day!
