Scott Clark Honda - Service Center

Everything met my needs except I asked for a little thing of touch up paint for my pilot and they didn’t give it to me. I paid 1999 dollars they could have at least given me some touch up paint.

I was greeted quickly and the attendant listened to my concerns about my battery issues with a very attentive ear. He asked specific questions which made me feel comfortable and understood. Scott Hall was very highly professional at check. He is a great access to your compayn

I towed my Honda Civic to Scott Clark Honda on 8/24/2020 and my service advisor Louis James and All of the service crew were so HONEST!!! My car was stalling VERY BAD and kept cutting off. I told Louis that I thought that I might have gotten some bad fuel because it didn't happen until I filled up. I asked about dropping the fuel tank and all kinds of things. Louis was VERY nice AND polite and told me that the car would be checked out and he would call me back and let me know what the issue was. He called me back in a very timely manner and he informed me (short story) that a LEAF had blown under my hood and was blocking a sensitive part and that I could come and pick my car up , it was running fine AND the charge would be $0!!!! I think this might be the first time EVER that I've encountered a place that "repairs vehicles" and makes money off of what they tell you and also me being a woman who knew NOTHING about the car, that Everyone was COMPLETELY HONEST and didn't just "make up" something so that they could make some money. I am DEFINITELY a customer of Scott Clark Honda from this point on. I have told all of my family and friends that if they have problems with their vehicle and want an HONEST repair shop, go to Scott Clark Honda on Independence Blvd. I usually do not write reviews but for Louis and the Entire Scott Clark Honda crew to have possibly saved me hundreds of dollars from being so honest, I had to write one. Ms. Angie Zulvaga did a wonderful job in showing me the operation of the vehicle. Mr. Palmer and his team handled the servicing of my vehicle promptly and professionally and treated me in a friendly manner.

Cesar Garay, the service advisor was very friendly and courteous during the reception and the exit. the work was performed in a timely manner. He explained everything that was done and answered all of my questions satisfactorily.

Honestly, I had no luck with this dealer...took my wife odyssey for wheels alignment in July..2nd row seat (and baby seat) got removed and never put it back (no biggie, I put em back myself ) came back for oil changed and axle replaced...On the way home (30 minutes roughly) I heard some throttle/intake noises...popped up the hood and there it is...the air filter box left opened sitting nearly sideways...pretty sure lots of sh?t sucked in the manifold...think I’m done. BOL

I have been in my third time now for service and the staff is over the top friendly and available for any questions. They deliver what they promise.

I made the appointment that I needed and the service was very good. I have heard good things about Scott Clark Honda. I am former customer of the former dealership in this location since 1987.
