Incredible experience! My husband and I visited the Scott Clark Toyota dealership on Sunday June 29th. We were immediately greeted by Bishme Foster. Right away I could tell My husband and I visited the Scott Clark Toyota dealership on Sunday June 29th. We were immediately greeted by Bishme Foster. Right away I could tell that I would like working with him because he was so friendly. Bishme asked questions about the type of car we were looking for, which we told him was a Rav4. As current owners of 3 Toyotas, we knew what we wanted. Bishme took us right to a Rav4 Limited. He had me sit in the driver's seat and my husband in the front passenger seat. Bishme sat in the back. He went through all of the features of the car and easily translated them into benefits for me. We decided that we wanted to make an offer on the vehicle so we went inside. Bishme asked us what we would like to offer and asked how long we wished to finance. He took our offer to the manager and quickly came back with a counter offer. We did not feel like he was "pressure selling" and felt comfortable with his sales approach. I didn't feel like he was selling me a car, more like he was filling a need that I had and wanted to give me the best deal. The process wrapped up rather quickly and we moved on to the finance part with Aaron Beta. Aaron was very friendly and relatable. He was thorough and explained all of the documents that we needed to sign. He explained the warranty information in a way that made me feel he was looking out for my best interest, not trying to sell something. He was efficient with the closing process and finished up the transaction quickly. We then went outside and there we were met by Abby Devries. Abby was great! She went through some of the features on the car, including setting the radio stations, moving the seats, etc. She took the time to help me set up an app on my Iphone so that I could use more features in the car. All three employees were fantastic! It was a pleasant experience from the first moment we met Bishme until that last moment when we drove away in our new car. I wish all of my past car buying experiences were like this. It not only gave me a good feeling about this dealership, but also about living in North Carolina. We had just moved here from Vermont 3 days prior to our purchase of the Rav4. I will most definitely go back to this dealership and I hope that we can deal with the same 3 people. I got hooked from excellent salesmanship to exceptional service. It all started with Crystal Terry in customer service. She has been my steady trustful contact for all this time. She introduced me to Jose Batista in Internet Sales. We met briefly in person and decided to stay in touch as I explored my options for a new vehicle. We traded some e-mails until I had my next service appointment with Crystal. Jose provided prompt replies with details about the Avalon and sale prices being offered. We even talked on the phone a few times to gain clarity. Jose was always responsive, appreciative, and communicated well and in a positive caring tone. On the day of my service call, I met with Jose to review where we were in the process and that I would like a trade in value on my 2004 Toyota. And I also told him my plan to visit another car dealership to assess a competitive make & model. I never did get to that other dealership. Jose convinced me to stick with the tried & true.
