The car was spotless inside and out but preparation was lacking. The wheel locks that were on the sticker were not on the car and had to be installed after I noticed they were missing. When I returned a salesperson (not my salesperson) did a very professional job and made everything right and went over the infotainment system thoroughly. They sent a driver out to my home so I could pick up the car, that was above and beyond. More
