I’ve been a mini Cooper customer here and the final 4,000$ of the repair at 60,000 miles makes it cost prohibitive for me to keep my mini Cooper, which feels environmentally irresponsible. So, I’m more frustrated with the car than I am the dealer, but at the same time, think they would do more to help customers such as myself who haas been a loyal customer for 13 years. More
