I brought my 2009 Prius in for an oil change and safety/emissions test. I found out that one of the batteries, a $200 item, was not charging properly but decided against fixing it right away. I wa safety/emissions test. I found out that one of the batteries, a $200 item, was not charging properly but decided against fixing it right away. I was told come back any time and they would take care of it. Sure enough. a few days later the battery light went on and I had to get it replaced. They took care of it as indicated without an appointment. Unrelated to service: One thing that is disappointing is that the car battery itself went bad in four years and that this was considered regular maintenance. It negates some of the gas mileage savings if I have to spend $300 every 3 1/2 years to get this battery changed. I was also disappointed in the tires since I have had them regularly maintained and they are already showing signs of wear after only 22,600 miles and will need to be replaced next year. Otherwise, I am very happy with the car. Seeger does a great job. More

Every time I bring my Avalon in for service, everyone is very friendly & courteous. The lounge area is always extremely clean, & I always feel very comfortable there. Yesterday was no exception.
