"Fantastic Service Department"

I arrived at the service department with my 2012 Odyssey. Robby approached me almost immediately and asked if he could help me. His manner was not only professional but he had a very positive state of mind. I explained the problem with the Odyssey. He seemed to know what the problem was since I already had the diagnosis code. We made an appointment to drop of my van for a few days to have some major work done. Sharp Honda provided me with a very nice loaner care. Most of my repair was covered by Hondas warranty. There was a couple things like timing belt that needed to be done and since they had the motor apart. Sharp charged me a discount rate. This is rare for the automotive industry. A couple other items like the water pump needed replaced and Robbie called my warranty company as received approval to do the required work. Robby checked to see if the van had any recalls. I think it had two which was taken care of as well. Immediately after the van was returned to me. I went to there used car lot looking at vehicles. Mainly because of the service I received. We will be purchasing two vehicles in the future and Sharp Honda will have the first shot at earning our business. Thanks Robby and Sharp Honda. Danny Unrein

Sharp Honda has the friendliest and most knowledgable staff in town!! I come in to get my oil changed and love the customer service lounge. The service is fast and efficient and the staff will answer any questions you have. Great customer service and highly recommended.

"I have been a customer at Sharp Honda for several years..."

I have been a customer at Sharp Honda for several years (and several Hondas) now and the service has always been excellent. The service rep I deal with, Mark, is wonderful to work with/through. He has always been very friendly and helpful and I always ask for him because of that. He is a great person to work with. One time in the recent past a large bird (hawk) struck the side of my windshield and messed up my windshield wiper. I took it in to Honda Service and Mark had it fixed for me in under five minutes. He fixed it himself. The only issue I have had was on purchase of new tires. Honda has them priced too high. I found the exact same brand that I have bought at Honda before for a little over $200.00 less at Performance Tire and Wheel. They were a nice set of Yokohama tires.
