She told us about the particular truck in question, what they could do on pricing, and left us completely to ourselves! When we left, we both said this is definitely a place to consider for our next Toyota purchase. We ended up not buying the truck, but when it was time to buy my wife a new 4-Runner, we called Sheri and had her find what we wanted. It is difficult to locate the vehicle equipped just the way you want, but she found one at just the perfect time. We have talked several times on the phone, spent some time talking about family and life in general,and oh by the way a little about buying a new vehicle! We had a Camry for trade I had driven on the road, and Dave and crew treated us right on pricing. Small town quality service We drove from Nevada, MO to the dealership originally to have our key re-programmed for our Town & Country Van at 3:45 p.m. on a Friday afternoon. Wh We drove from Nevada, MO to the dealership originally to have our key re-programmed for our Town & Country Van at 3:45 p.m. on a Friday afternoon. While we were waiting for the service technician to check our vehicle, we walked the lot looking at used vehicles. Kevin Hall, quickly came to the lot and asked if he could be of any assistance. We told him we were waiting on our vehicle from service and that we were looking to purchase a car in the near future. In less than 10 minutes we were test driving a 2013 Ford Edge and the rest is history. The customer service by Kevin, Rebecca (who processed our paperwork) was invaluable and they treated us respect and in no way hurried us. We had not planned to trade vehicles that day so very unprepared to drive a new vehicle home. They made it so easy with the customer service from the owner stopping by to make sure we were being taken care of to Kevin helping us clean our van out and assisting in any way possible. I would highly recommend Kevin and Shepherd Team Auto Plaza as the place to go to trade vehicles and/or have your vehicle serviced. They made us feel like we were the only person that mattered and they had all the time in the world to make our transaction seamless. More
