I really enjoyed my experience at Oursiman Honda of Frederick. Bill Workman is the most enjoyable car salesman to work with that I have ever encountered. The environment was clean, friendly, and low-pressure (possibly because the pricing is fixed price, which I didn't realize ahead of time.) Theresa Weyer-Bowie was my sales rep for looking at a new HRV Honda, & even though I did not end up with the car from Honda; I cannot stress how much she went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and w HRV Honda, & even though I did not end up with the car from Honda; I cannot stress how much she went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and welcome. Any question no matter how small she found a way to answer, and a big thing for me even if she didn't know she made sure to find out and got back to me very quickly. I have to say that the thing that sold me more so on the HRV was Theresa. Unfortunately I found a car that fit me better, but I will definitely encouraging anyone I know looking at Hondas to go her way. I have a sister interested in the new Civic that is releasing soon and I hope she gets her as her sales Rep. Hands down Shockley is the best Honda dealership in the DMV. I've bought many Hondas from this dealership (all from Charlie) and the process has always been easy and a great experience.
