Dear JaimeNTJ, I am sorry that you feel that you were ripped off when you purchased your previous vehicle. I don't think it was a matter of being ripped off. Some vehicles just hold their value better than others. When you purchased your previous vehicle, if you didn't put money down, and rolled all of the taxes and tags into the payment it can create an "out of equity" situation, especially considering the amount tax and tags would cost on a 4Runner since they are not an inexpensive vehicle. In another case, if you rolled money from a trade-in used for your previous purchase here, that money would keep carrying over untill completely payed off. We are not in the business to hurt people. We are here to help people and sell/service quality vehicles. We are a Toyota Signature store because of this. Please cotact me with any questions or concerns in the future. Dear mch419, I am sorry to here that you feel you were scammed while at our dealership. I can guarantee you that we do not scam anyone. We preset all the numbers in black and white including sales price, tax, tags, money down, playment, interest rate, . . . everything. We then ask you to sign a buyers order which lists all of the same information again which you sign and so does the general sales manager. Then last but not least our finance manager reviews the finance contract in detail with you before you sign it and leave with your new vehicle. We do not hide numbers, or try to fool anyone. We are here to help our customers in any aspect involving sales or service with Toyota. You mentioned the other reviews as well which i can understand because some of them are upseting to read. But we have been in business for over 30 years and there are only 16 reviews where only 8 of them are negative. Please do not let 8 reviews persuade your feelings about us. We want nothing more than to help you with anything and everything involving your toyota. We are not in business to hurt or scam anyone so i am extremely sorry that you feel that way. If you are upset with the vehicle that you purchased, please cotact me so i can help you trade out of it and get into something that you like. When the sales manager originally brings out the numbers, it always lists the slaes price, tax, tags, finance option, money down, and lease option. We list this because we want to offer you every option that is available to you so you can make your best purchasing decision possible. In the future, if this part of the process becomes confusing in any way, please do not hesitate to ask for clarification on price, interest rate, money down.... anything at all.
