I own a 2022 Hyundai Tucson, I purchased it at Schomp. I made an appointment for a big problem with my ABS braking system. I had an occasion to have to panic stop, the ABS xxxx near allowed me to crash I made an appointment for a big problem with my ABS braking system. I had an occasion to have to panic stop, the ABS xxxx near allowed me to crash into vehicles that were stopped at a blind corner. I took my vehicle into Schomp, had an 'appointment' at 11am on a Thursday. I took my car in and was told 'there will be a $180.00 'diagnostic' charge, to which I said, 'not for me there won't'. Saturday, two days later I called to see if my Tucson was finished. I was told, 'we haven't had a chance to get it in yet', two days after my appointment! I went to Schomp and picked up my car, never to return to this horrible service dept, where everyone is a 'manager', and no one apparently is. NO to Schomp! More

Took vehicle in for recall repairs dec 26. Got the vehicle back feb 20, multi point inspection documentation states minor repairs totaling just over $2k. Took the vehicle back one week later after not being able to start the vehicle, suddenly there's almost $5.5k worth of repairs needing done and parts previously listed as "good" are now in need of repair. Magically, the serpentine drive belt marked as "needing repair" the previous week was marked "good" on this report. If its not a recall repair, take your vehicle elsewhere. More

I gave them one more try, not because I wanted to but because they were the only ones who could fix my problem. I'm sorry I went back. I was shocked at the way the service advisor spoke to me just in normal conversation. He dropped the F bomb at least three times plus other words that should not be used in a professional setting. Unless you are good friends. I just met this young man. It was downhill from there and I will never go back. I advise you to look elsewhere for your car repairs. More
Service is rude and argumentative, and they don’t honor appointments. This has happened frequently for me since buying my car at Schomp. Service dis-manager says that hard to get appointments are only a ti appointments. This has happened frequently for me since buying my car at Schomp. Service dis-manager says that hard to get appointments are only a time to meet an advisor and not related to when they will actually get around ti doing the work. I had an appointment today for an alignment, was told it would a three hour wait. Two weeks ago it took over two hours for an oil change. Appointments are booked by telephone at an offsite call center which the dealership blames for their own failures. More
I brought my 2023 Hyundai Ioniq in to service a recall notice. When I picked up the car there was a scratch on the driver door that wasn’t there when the car was brought in. I told the agent who brought me the car and he offered to get me some paint so I could touch up the scratch myself and told me it wouldn’t cost much—this was the cheapest way to go. The repair shop was closing in a few minutes so I took the car and called Sarah Buttars, the service agent, the next day leaving a message detailing what had happened and asked for a call back. No call. This morning I called the manager, related my story to the desk operator and was told that Pete Racich was unavailable but that Tim Heinz would call me back. Thus far no call. More

The service center is disrespectful and dismissive. I bought a service contract through the dealership for 4 oil changes a year.They only ever do just one and that is big problem to have that done. Dollars for a oil change that takes a least FIVE HOURS.The service Representative said I should have gone to the Mercedes Benz dealership for service. I wish I had it would have been cheaper and I would have been treated so much better. I have been going for two years on a five year service contract. I think this next service will be my last.It’s just not worth the aggravation and headaches to finish the contract out.Great buying experience.Horrible service Experience. More
Beth, the head mechanic Joey and the entire service team were fantastic! My family and I had our A/C die on us during a multi-state relocation. Two other Hyundai dealers in the Denver-Metro area didn't even were fantastic! My family and I had our A/C die on us during a multi-state relocation. I can't thank these folks enough, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle or service! More
