Nate is knowable, patient and courteous. I was anxious about all the technology and he not only answered all my questions he stayed with me until I was comfortable enough to drive! He spent between two and three hours showing me features as well as some computer set up items. I am very impressed and impressed with his work ethic , knowledge and courtesy. He is a great asset to Schomp. I will recommend Schomp to anyone who asks about car dealerships. I would rate him a 10 if available. I also want to acknowledge my sales person Stephanie who was just as patient and knowledgeable as Nate. She also gets a 10 for making sure I understood the car, the options, as well as all of the protection available to me from Subaru! This was probably the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and it was definitely because of Stephanie and Nate. More

Alison was great to work with from the online/texting process through the buying process. Unless she is with a customer she is usually super quick to respond. Alison is very low pressure/low maintenance (meaning she wont hound you if you say you need some time to think, research, etc... No pressure sales. Very nice salesman. I would not hesitate to look at another vehicle there. I avoid any pressure at dealerships, this was a breath of fresh air in Very nice salesman. The communication was excellent and not intrusive or over the top, and it was understood that I was starting to get my feet wet looking at this specific make and model vehicle. I was extremely well versed in the offered packages and options, but this was my very first test drive off one. The salesman had good knowledge of it as well, even though it was not a trade in that was not a Subaru. More
