"Every time I need to go there it is a joke."

- Daniel B Hambel

The service is terrible. If I need to go there it takes them forever to do recalls of their own cars. You get a rental for 1 day and they take several days to do the work. I dont get answers or on the status of the work. I don't think the service dept knows what they are doing. And don't buy a car there believe me you get treated like a second class person. I go to TO and it is like night and day with sales and service. Better deals also.

"Worst dealership customer service"

- Ford Hater Forever

This dealership needs to be educated on how to take care of customers. There customer service Is the worst I have ever experienced with any dealer in 20 years. Every time it's the same experience. They take forever to check you in, they never hav a driver to take you home, they never have the car ready on time, and no one ever answers the phone. They ober charge for repairs too. I can't wait to get rid of my car!!!

"beware"

- unhappy

Brought my ford E 350 for an oil change, now I have a service engine soon light that won't go off and my engine rattles. Took it back and was told it would cost $110.00 to check it, I'm not saying they anything to my van but it was fine before they touched it. The least I specter was them to see if anything had happened during the oil change before they start trowing any other charges. So much for customer satisfaction. When I left the dealer the service advisor looked mad to make matters worst.

"Service incompetence "

- vintage ford owner

Our 2005 Mustang showed code for Fuel Rail Sensor. Simi Ford told us the problem was a computer failure. $1600 later, the fuel rail sensor code was still showing. Simi's diagnosis was wrong. They charged for a new computer. When confronted, they said there would be an additional $180 for another diagnosis. What a rip off. We ended up replacing the fuel rail sensor ourselves by following internet instructions. We contacted Ford Motor Company customer relations about the unfair practices of Simi Valley Ford. Ford washed it's hands of the issue. We are not happy campers.

- JohnandJoey

Ours service agent was not there at the time we dropped off the vehicle and there seemed to , but it was taken care of in a moderate amount of time. Carmen did keep in contact with us each day of the three days they had the vehicle which is an improvement. The Service Manager Teri Gayheart has always been very accommodating and helpful. I have had to bring the vehicle in 5 times since we purchased it in April 2014 and have seen improvement with the attention this service department provides each time. I think this service department is gradually shaping up to what is expected of a Ford service department.

Simi Valley Ford did a great job with the servicing of my car, they accurately quoted the cost, and were accurate with the expected time frame of completion. All the staff were very friendly.

"I dropped my Mustang off for a routine service appt. I..."

- stosadori

I dropped my Mustang off for a routine service appt. I was contacted and told there was a nail in my tire and it could not be repaired. I was then told that all of the tires were in bad shape and needed replaced. I was quoted almost $900 for new tires. Since car had only 10000 miles this did not sound right. I told the service person I knew the owner of a tire co and I would take it there. She called me back a few min later saying she was mistaken and I only needed 2 tires. I took the car to Tire Man in Thousand Oaks and they plugged the nail hole and rotated the tires. The owner told me the tires had at least 5000 miles left. Don't let Simi Ford do any work on your car unless it is covered under warranty. They are very dishonest. I had similar issues when I bought the car and the owner had to get involved. Stay away!
