Your technicians are dishonest. They recommended that I replace my air cabin filter and my engine filter. I declined their service because that’s a job that I can do myself. I went to an auto dealer and bought the filters and when I took out the air cabin filter, and Engine Filter. neither needed to be replaced. So basically they lied to me and tried to sell me service that I didn’t need. So at this point moving forward, I will continue to get the five point inspection and oil changes, but any kind of service that they offer I will take it to my other more trustworthy mechanic for his second opinion and asked for him to do all the work That is why they got a one star out of me. More
