Brought our 2022 vehicle in for an oil change and a couple recall repairs. No check engine light was on at drop-off so for their technician's to allow us to pick it up with a new check engine light on couple recall repairs. No check engine light was on at drop-off so for their technician's to allow us to pick it up with a new check engine light on and a full gauge issue showing >1 mile of fuel without thinking they should double check why car was in and confirm why the dash appears as it does is unprofessional. It was hard enough that this service took the entire day before we called to get status at 5:00pm, this was a Saturday evening which we had to return the car right at close and were not able to pick up until Monday. The error was caused by a technician not reconnecting the "fuel line clip" causing the car to appear out of gas and the check engine light on. Caused unnecessary delays and loss of use of car so hopefully the dealership finds a way to have their employee's double check their vehicles to avoid unnecessary issues for their customers. More
