This is my first time having my vehicle serviced at this dealership. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation for my 2020 4Runner and was charged $176… outrageous. After I dropped my car off, I requested a quote for services on the website and received a call from your representative. I was informed there was a special and it would cost about $130. I told them I just dropped my car off and was charged $176. they said they were able to give my the discounted price. Your website needs to include prices for services when you book appointments online. Also, as a first time customer, why was I not informed of this special in the first time. I’ve taken my car to 2 other Toyota dealerships and your place was by far the most expensive. Will not be returning for service due to high price and overcharging customers. More
