Edit: Chevy has worked the issue out with me and did a wonderful job. I bought a Ford used truck there for my business and signed up for the services and warranty. After they sell you the car it is almost impossible to reach anyone after. I have tried for 2 days now to reach multiple people in the finance department and no call back at all. Terrible communication. I bought my car from them and was told with my warranty I could bring it back there for any service. I sign up for my first service and go all the way there just to be told they don't work on Ford vehicles. On top of that they sold me the car and the check engine light came on literally a day to 2 days after buying it. More
