Good Place to Buy a Used Car I gave Skyline Ford 5 stars because of my positive experiences with them over the past two years. I bought a used car (2013 Ford Focus hatchback) fr I gave Skyline Ford 5 stars because of my positive experiences with them over the past two years. I bought a used car (2013 Ford Focus hatchback) from them in 2016. It runs well, gets good gas mileage, and it’s cute and sporty. I’ve taken it to Skyline Ford’s service department twice for oil changes and tune ups. I like that I can use their online scheduling to make appointments. Skyline Ford has a nice clean area where I can wait while they work on my car. Plus, I thought that their prices were fair and I trust the work that their mechanics do. Recently I bought a used car for my son (2010 Ford Focus sedan). Korey Miller helped me with both car purchases. He is efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable. I recommend asking for him. More

I had always been a Ford girl but was open to change but after test driving another I had to admit I was disappointed and then came back to Ford to test drive the Escape. It was a smooth ride, quiet and turned nicely. Thanks Jeremy for not being a pushy salesman and confident in Ford. I can't rate the rest of the dealership yet I will have to wait on that to see if something does happen to the Escape and how the service dept works. More

Easy Trade-in and Purchase Process Was looking to trade in my Jeep and get a used 4runner. I came across the 4runner I wanted online, but living in Portland, I was already dreading the Was looking to trade in my Jeep and get a used 4runner. I came across the 4runner I wanted online, but living in Portland, I was already dreading the process of working with a dealer an hour from where I live. I reached out to Wally and from there, everything went very smoothly. Wally and Shannon made sure I was able to get a fairly accurate quote on my trade-in without driving all the way down and knowing if it would be worth my time. Wally was supposed to leave at 6, but waited for me until 7:30 just to get there and start the process. That same night, Wally, Shannon and the finance team stayed way past closing time to test drive the 4runner, confirm all my trade-in details and sign all the paperwork. I was bittersweet trading in my Jeep, with lots of sad and happy tears shed, but the team kept me laughing throughout the night. All said and done, it was the shortest and easiest purchase process I’ve ever gone through. No BS, willing to negotiate and didn’t keep me waiting around for half the day trying to get it all done.
